This place is a gem. The rooms are separate little bungalows with comfortable beds and air-con. They are clean and tidy and the bathroom functions well. The staff are friendly and very helpful and the location is fairly good, just out of the center. At 400 baht for a double it is hard to beat after coming upriver from Luang Prebang when you just want a peaceful place for a night or two before moving on. Highly recommended

Excellent place... we were very nicely surprised and completely satisfied.

There are two separate yards surrounded with cottages (yes...there are cottages almost in the city center :).

We stayed at the first block, cottage 104... The cottage was spotless - small table with sitting outside, TV, AC, bathroom with hot shower attached, towels u0026 toiletries provided, small desk, a mirror, and there's even a small fridge. Free stable WiFi. Free tea u0026 coffee at the reception. All that for 400 THB (our even just 340 if booked via agoda) (March 2017).

We liked the location as well - downtown (night market, bus terminal) is walking distance. B2 hot potu0026grill restaurant (ร้าน 2B หมูจุ่มบุฟเฟ่ต์) is about 5 minutes walk. There are some other food shops and even public laundry machines at the same street/round the corner.

100% recommendable.

Super Bargain rooms. Excellent value for money, A little bit out the centre but no complaints here. I got the cheapest price by booking with Manchester Travel Shop.

worth the money. inexpensive lodge in central of Chiang rai.
not fancy one but they provided just enough to stay for a night or nights.
