Excellent local food at a reasonable price. It’s lovely sitting between the ferns and eating Northern Thai cuisine. Listen to the hostess on her recommendations, everything she recommended was delicious, I personally really liked the pork basil and chilly.

Excellent all-round! Joy and her partner are both perfect hosts. They both speak great english so will have no troubles recommending you dishes and explaining what is what. Setting is also great for photos if you're that way inclined. The food is top-notch local cuisine. Very reasonably priced. No complaints, will be coming back.

The best meal we have had in Thailand. Greeted with friendly service and advice on the menu in a beautiful setting with lots of plants. Som tam, larb gai and chicken curry were sensational. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Definitely worth the trip.

Gorgeous atmosphere with the plants and stone floor. Staff explained different dishes and emphasized they can accommodate to taste and do substitutions. I got the Isaan larb and a spicy vegetable soup. Both were good. Just one dish would have been enough, the soup was massive! Since the staff asked if I wanted soup with the main I thought it was going to be smaller.

One star taken off because some huge flies were buzzing around the food while I was eating. A fan may have helped.

After watching sunset at Blue Temple we decided to drive 8mins away to Simply Northern Thai. We are greeted by the friendly owners (couple) who speak good English which are very helpful for us non Thai speaking tourist. We ordered pla chon fresh fried fish, laab moo ( mild spicy minced pork with fresh herbs), laab gai ( mild spicy chicken with herbs), clear pork tom yum and warm plain rice. The food served quick,warm and taste good like home cooking using fresh quality ingredients at very reasonable price. The portion for each menu is enough for sharing 3 to 5 people. Ice bucket is available on the table.
We definitely return here to enjoy other menu next time. The green nature decoration indeed made us feel more comfortable.
