BEST BOUTIQUE HOTEL IN TOWN!
With the perfect blend of modern and traditional Northern Thai designs, the hotel gives off a cozy and humble feel. It is super clean, peaceful, and well-maintained – featuring spacious rooms and comfortable parking spaces. I had a lovely time and would definitely book with them again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a stay in Chiangrai ????

Room:
I stayed here for 2 weeks and been changing room twice. I think the normal room without balcony is definitely more than enough.
During my stay, there was renovations happening and they upgraded me to the Pool suite, I’m super lucky. It is definitely bigger room, better view (the pool just right in front of me), high privacy as is at the far corner. Every room provide bowls, plates and cutleries. Which is amazing when you ordered food.

Whenever I came back from my QUICK coffee in the morning, my room is always been made up. They’re very efficient and done amazing job❤️ thank you so much

Gym provided the basic equipments which I appreciated. Well maintained!

We had a wonderful stay at Naiya Hotel. The staff is super sweet, the rooms are modern and clean, the beds are heavenly. A perfect hideout in Chiang Rai!

The best hotel I've had the privilege of staying at in Chiang Rai! LOVED the beautiful modern-Northern Thai decor with rooms and spaces that were clean and super cozy (amazingly comfortable beds too)! Exceptional services from friendly and accommodating staff. Ideal location close to many attractions. Will definitely come back to Nai Ya Hotel. It is a must stay if you are visiting Chiang Rai!

My first time visiting Chiang Rai. This hotel is super relaxing it needs to be on the list of Chiang Rai’s top places to stay! The rooms are very spacious, feels very clean and new with very comfortable beds - I did not want to leave the room at all! The room that I got was overlooking the pool which is always a big plus. The hotel is also near the city centre, so it’s very easy to take a stop at the Night Bazaar or the Clock Tower during evenings. Great service as well! Will definitely come back here again and recommend people here if they have a chance to visit Chiang Rai. Keep up it Nai Ya Hotel!

neat and clean bedroom, so comfy even for long stay, but there is a minor issue which’s the carpet is slippery, it can causes an accidents and a bit dangerous. (I hope management will consider this issue)

breakfast is tasty and the location is good, overall Naiya is nice eco hotel with cool design.

One of my favorite hotel in Chiang Rai.

It's located right in the city so it's easy to get around.

It's still a relatively new hotel, so things are still nice and fresh.

There is an L shaped pool which kids would love.

The room is spacious, well laid out with soft mattress complemented by soft and firm pillows. There is a counter which you can use as a work station.

The curtain easily overlaps so the room can be pitch black, you can sleep in really well.

The shower is nice and warm with a decent pressure.

Drawbacks:
There aren't very many English channels on the TV.

On 3rd floor, the WiFi signal is really weak to the point of almost unusable. They really need to add repeaters.

The staffs are super nice and helpful.

The restaurant's food is good with reasonable prices. The included breakfast isn't a huge buffet thing but adequate.

Overall recommended!
