Every staff member I encountered was really friendly and helpful! Nice, modern accommodation with a small fitness gym as a bonus and a clean pool. Breakfast was varied and offered Thai u0026 Western selection buffet style. Location isn't right in the center, but Chiang Rai in general seems to be quite spread out so not problem.

Its far from city but nice hotel.. the room is clean and comfortable.. but the food for breakfast is not in halal restaurant. Eat at your own risk

The room is totally a disaster.
Even the floor right be as "clean" as the bed.
I'm not sure who should credit this kind of credit to— either the room cleaning process or managing problems.
Just note and trying to gain attention to whom who may corcern.

Pretty average. Great service, location is far from night bazaar and a 15-20 minutes taxi is needed. Rooms are pretty clean but not perfectly.

Although this hotel is know that 3star but it has swimming pool and staff is also friendly and good service

Everything looks great and clean but very far from town nearby no convenient stor
