Hidden germ in Chiang Rai, known by locals, but very calm spot near the river side. You can get food and drinks. Recommended if you dont want to experience only touristic places and hotels. We liked it a lot. Got from Chiang Rai centre by Grab cost around 100bht.

Its1205 on a Sunday 19/12/21 and I have the whole place to myself. Where have they all gone? I guess it must be the Covid. This would have to be the perfect place for a sundowner.

Good place in the summer and hanging out with friends and family while your feet soaking wet under water, sand and sandals ( Mae kok river) and drinking lemonade and/or beer etc.....watching your kids playing with friends in the same time.....I would highly recommend it to the family and it's not very far from Chiang Rai downtown....and the staffs doesn't speak English but they knows how to cook good Thai foods..

Really chilling and relaxing place! Fantastic thaifood with reasonable prices! I can fully recommend to go there with some friends!

I would not put my feet inside the water for nothing. The view is nice though

Very relaxing time at the river, far from busy nice food served. You can go for a swim or sunbath or sit down on the floor in many shady places wih los places. Ring your own bell to order food and drinks. .If you are visiting Chiang Rai highly recommended for a nice quiet day.
