The best yoga classes in Chiang Rai, second floor of Condotel. Reasonable prices for classes. FYI: The Condotel rooms are overpriced and the restaurant, bar is overpriced. Much better values to be had in the downtown area for hotels, restaurants. Such as Fun D Hostel and Xibiao's Bakery u0026 Cafe for breakfast, lunch and Timothy's for steak, Couple Cups for gourmet pourovers, etc etc etc. Cheers (I live here long time, know the area).

You definitely get what you pay for. Previously used sheets, bathrooms that haven't been cleaned for weeks, and a lack of the usual amenities. Would be fine if this wasn't a multi-storey hotel that's a fair distance from the centre of town. Would recommend you spend a bit more for a place closer to town with the basic essentials.

Beautiful rooms, pool, and gym. I loved the 3x day yoga classes. They were very professional and a great place to unwind. I loved my experience here so much I have talked my wife into moving to Chiang Rai sometime in the next 10 years! Love room 701!

This condo has been undergoing a lot of remodeling and many condos are basically new. Decent security and friendly reception. Sometimes the restaurant is not open when it says it will be (e.g., Monday morning). Nice location. I also hear there are yoga classes nearby.

Nice place to stay while you're in Chiang Rai. The only downside I can think of is that there's been a change in management recently and the woman who works at the front desk now is a real piece of work. It's located within walking distance of the clock tower, markets, schools etc. Safe as well!

Extremely Loud Construction!!!

Under Construction inside and out! Unless you like the sound of sledgehammers, jack-hammers, power saws, and drilling through concrete, avoid at all costs! Remodeling, renovation, and construction have been ongoing for months on end, and there is no sign that it will end any time soon. Owners will be remodeling their apartments indefinitely. Tenants are not advised as to when the noise will start or end, and no consideration is shown for their peace and quiet. Staff cannot help, and are usually not informed of what's going on.

The positive reviews of this apartment were either written by the owners themselves, or by people who weren't here during the daytime, when construction runs amok!

Right now there is jack-hammering going on out front, someone is hammering on something in the unit above me (they do that most days for an hour or so), and someone is using a sledgehammer breaking through walls at the end of the corridor. I am surrounded by abrasively loud noise.

And don't have any hopeful ideas about noise cancellation headphones. I bought a pair. They are useless against construction on concrete.

[Note: Construction is between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., unless there's any need or desire to also do it outside of those times.]

Worst place I've ever stayed in Asia, and that's saying a lot!! It is impossible to be in your own room during the day. And they don't care! The owners and management want to remodel the whole building WHILE renting, in which case they don't want you to know about construction until you've signed the paperwork and they have your money.
