Don't judge a book by its cover. A lesson I am reminded of over and over again.. and this hotel certainly gives food for thought. A family business that sets out to treat every guest like a friend and family member. (English spoken for the nervous western traveller.. ) I was fortunate enough to have a ground floor room with balcony that connects directly to the courtyard swimming pool. The room was plush, well appointed and had all the conveniences I would normally need on a business/leisure trip.. Scale and proportions are big. Craftsmanship is evident everywhere as the owner is constantly repairing and improving spaces around the hotel. (He was evening working Sunday afternoon but took the time to help me with getting some soda and water from reception) .. This might be a 2star hotel for some reason.. but I feel like I got much more than that. My room was huge.. the water pressure excellent.. coffee available around the clock from reception.. .
Breakfast buffet from 07h00 to 10h00 with a variety of eggs.. rice.. meats, fruit and coffee. ..
The hotel is well located and walking distance from several restaurants, temples and convenience stores.
Rooms are provided with alcohol gel and refreshed daily.
All smiles here. Very glad I chose this venue I got terrific value for money. Thumbs up all round!

this place is superb, location, facilities, free breakfast even not so many choices, you can use the bicycle for free, they can also assist with scooter rental, seamless check-in, no deposit required, I booked from agoda and got my key less than 5 mins. location less than 5 mins 10 walk to clock tower, for Moslem there's mosque nearby and some halal restaurant. and super friendly staff

This from a local (well an hour drive away), stayed here many times, love it;
Superior location, can walk everywhere, parking on site for 4 vehicles, 20 rooms, small pool, super breakfast buffet, 7-10, incl in room rate
Very good English speaking staff, nice smart owners, free bicycles but that is not a great idea in this area, narrow going thronging with careless Thai drivers, this guesthouse in on the walking street, Saturday nights, but the walking street starts a couple blocks down and isn't a problem for the guesthouse,

Good value for money hotel with breakfast. They have a little pool and all day free coffee, tea, water, banana and biscuits. We were staying for 3 nights, so they also offered free laundry service for our clothes. Plus they also provide you bikes to get around the city.

Nice and quiet family owned hotel. Everything was just great!
Friendly owner and staff. You get free coffee, tea, water, bananas during the whole day and evening. Even bicycles and laundry is free. Well recommended!

Quiet place (mostly, some chinese can be Very loud). Room are clean, worth money. Pool is very cold ???? A lot of restaurants are very close, so saturday market not far from There. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast good enough - mostly thai style, but Very Very tasty if you dont mind little spicy food. For others There are some eggs, toasts, ham, Jam.

Nice place for the price. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is great and blankets are soft. Breakfast is adequate, buffet style (mix of Thai/Western food). Lobby is cluttered, but not a big deal.
