Good value at 200 for fan room.10 mins walk to bus station.quiet location.on the down side beds old and uncomfortable.one thin blanket provided is not enough in cold weather.lots of noise from other guests.

Inexpensive accommodation. Room with a fan was 200 baht for a night. Was was basic. Bed was ok. Good for just a sleep. A bit depressing to spent anytime in. I did get quite a few insect bites during my stay.

Star rating based on value for money rather than the quality of the accommodation. Room was quite basic but with aircon, TV and acceptable bathroom. No safe. Clean, but furniture and fittings rather the worse for wear. Generally, a cheap and cheerful place for a short stay.

Clean, close to town, cheap price. We didn’t have problems . You get what you pay for! Obviously could have spent more for a cleaner place but the sheets were clean and the location was nice so I was happy :) only 200 baht for a fan room and 309 baht for AC. Even on a busy weekend for New Years they had a last minute availability for me . Walking distance to center of town

Cheapest (200baht for a fan room) we could find in Chiang Rai. They had hot showers and free Wi-fi which was good. Room was relatively clean, slightly outdated but okay. Good deal.
