Petite hotel, slightly away from the humdrum of the main city. Amenable host, decent facilities (great value for money) and loads of Instagrammable locations within!

A wonderful place to stay if you want to be close to everything, and be able to sleep well at night!
The rooms are spotlessly clean, the bed really comfortable, and the staff friendly and welcoming. There is ample parking and security.
The lovely family who run the hotel even offer a complimentary breakfast of toast, cereal and snacks along with tea, coffee and hot chocolate!
We will definitely book again next time we visit Chiang Rai.

Very lovely, polite place. Rooms are big and very clean. It's good to have your own car as it is a bit out of center. However this turns the balcony seating into a calm conversation.
The family run enterprise reads every wish from your eyes. Love to come again.

We stayed from Wed to Fri in June. Paid 98THB. Worth every Baht. Beautiful place managed by very friendly and English speaking mother daughter team. Everything is so clean and new. Everything works, every details carefully maintained. Beautiful garden. Car park within the ground and plenty. 5 minutes drive from Night Bazaar.

I had a really great time here. The place was clean and cute. The owner and her family were friendly and very nice. They served the free local breakfast with the good taste in some days (a special offer). I will back to stay here again. Recommend :)

I love this place. Madam C, the owner, is siper nice. She answered our questions eagerly and willingly. Her suggestion has been useful. The breakfast isprepared woth care and it reallymakes us feel like guests to home.
