Really good place to stay. The only thing is that the bathroom was a little smelly

The price is really reasonable for backpacker. This hotel has clean room and good service. It doesn't provide breakfast but it has free toast, coffee, and tea. Also has mini store near lobby. If you think it's still not enough, you can order breakfast at lobby. It has safe parking lot in case you want to rent a motorcycle.

It was an amazing experience with staff. Living here was very good and comfortable. Rooms are very nice and clean. Washroom are quite big. Further more, you will get free shampoo and soap daily. In rooms you will also given 2 water bottles daily. Food is also available at reception. You will get Free coffee, tea and bread. I loved their services.

Well presented, clean and tidy. Good thought and effort has created a great place to stay. A nice social atmosphere for breakfast and chilling out in the daytime and evening. Well located for a stroll into town, or transport to airport or bus terminal. Lovely food nearby, or a little shop onsite for essentials. Would recommend without hesitation!

It's a great hotel in Chiang Rai, one the best in Thailand. The rooms were clean, the water in the shower hot, the neighborhood quiet.

They even provided shampoo, soap and drinking water every day. There was also a small kitchen with microwave, kettle, cups, dishes and cutlery at the reception. And a small shop with some frozen dishes, yoghurt and other things to eat.

And if you need to print something out it costs 5 Baht for a copy. Really useful!:)

And you could rent a bike there. That was really convenient, as we didn't have to go anywhere:)

The only thing that we didn't like was not really friendly staff at the reception. They seemed like they didn't care much, but helped with everything we asked.

The price is good for what you get, but if you get noisy neighbours....
Ask for a quit room, cause the Thai guests seem to get the best rooms. Lot of Chinese arriving late, leaving early, just looking for cheap accommodation. Staff is friendly. Better contact the place directly for best rate

Room rates were pretty cheap and offered good rates on motor bike rental. Our group of 4 rented 2 rooms and 2 bikes. Its location was pretty good for seeing multiple temples and waterfalls. One room had a refrigerator while the other did not so if you need one you would have to ask up front. There wasnt a room safe, however the location was pretty secure. They wouldnt even go in the room you're renting unless you asked them to clean it and dropped of the key at the front desk. Pretty good place if you plan on using it to hold your stuff/ sleep while you spend the majority of your time sight seeing in Chiang Rai. The one major downside in our groups opinion was the mattresses were very uncomfortable.... Literally it felt like we were sleeping on top of ply wood that was covered with a sheet. We originally were going to stay for 4 nights but only stayed for 2 because we couldn't sleep on those beds another night. However if your budget is small and you dont plan on sleeping much then the place wasn't bad at all.
