Room was clean and comfortable. The pool is nice and has great rooftop views. The location is close to the airport.

The shower is separate and has frosted see-through glass open to the room (although we have noticed this is common across Thailand).

Staff were not very helpful. Were on their phone through the back when we arrived at 12.40 and told us to come back at 2. This changed to 1 when a more senior staff member came over. When we checked out we had to wake up the member of staff sleeping around the corner, and when we asked for extra pillows (there’s only one) we were charged 100baht. I’ve never paid for extra pillows anywhere else worldwide!

Very comfortable room and super comfortable bed near the airport. Perfect place before an early flight.
I got a taxi from Grab app with cash in less than 5 minutes when it was pouring rain at 4:30am in morning. It's exactly why you should stay here before an early flight .

Ok for the price. My girlfriend had the Eggs Benedict which were quite bad though. Thai food was fine.

Great location if you need to be close to the airport. Rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. They sell snacks , beverages and little souvenirs in the lobby. Pool was a pleasure although it looks like they are doing maintenance on the wooden deck. Value for money.

This was one of the most incredible experiences of our life staying at this hotel! The manager was so incredibly sweet and accommodating, even taught us a little bit of Thai language, which meant the world to us. They help to plan trips and tours in the area. The rooms were super clean, housekeepers came in every day and left it gorgeous and smelling like roses! The breakfast was delicious!!! Some main staples as well as a variety of changing dishes every day. Don't be intimidated by the location, they offer rides in and out of town, and honestly the walk to and from the city centre is wonderful, you get to see so much. And one of the BEST Night Markets is right around the corner. The rooftop pool really tops it all off ???????? seriously cannot express enough how lucky and honored we were to stay here!!!! WE WILL BE COMING BACK TO CHIANG MAI ASAP AND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING TO THIS FANTASTIC HOTEL!

Free shuttle to airport was the reason we chose this hotel. Huge mall with supermarket about 300m away. Manee night market round the corner too. Breakfast variety was great. Deluxe double room was spacious. No issue with noise too, we slept well. Toilet has some moldy corners. The fitness room and swimming pool are unappealing.

Nice hotel...near airport...price is very reasonable.
Staff is friendly and responsive.
Beds are a little glare but rooms have a modern feel to it. Swimming pool is super cold and not much room for more than 4 people. Bonus on shuttle to old town and airports
