A very well equipped gym, with a lot of free weights, benches and cardio equipment. Been coming here for 4 years, when I'm on vacation in Chiang Mai. You can't beat the ฿60 / day fee.. ออกกำลังกายได้สบายครับ

Best local gym in Chiang Mai. We paid 100 for two people per day, but their weekly (350/person) and monthly rates are even cheaper.

Very affordable and roomy, limited AC, if you just entered Thailand the temperature and humidity may weigh heavy on you while working out

Man, if you need a work out, these guys did it right. 60 Baht to drop in, they have protein shakes, good equipment, and a great place to just hit the weights. Don't miss this place if you need a workout.

Love this gym! It is a huge big shed full of equipment and free weights. There is an air conditioned section for cardio. I haven't seen some of this equipment since the eighties and nineties. Great crowd of friendly people. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Only 900 Baht for the month, open 8am to 11pm, use your finger print to get through the turnstile.

This gym has all the equipment you need. Be prepared to sweat, there is no air conditioning. There are showers but you won't want to use them because the lockers are tiny and there aren't doors or curtains, so no privacy. Cheap daily 60 bot entrance fee. Patrons are sloppy and don't put dumbells away. But it's good energy if you know what you are doing, this is not a beginner's gym.

Its too good to be true for 60 baht. What else could you need.
