The Temple was constructed in 1501 AD. It's set in a spacious area with tables/seats and a few food/drink stalls, so a good place to take a break. The mainly hall is really lovely with is finely decorated ceiling and pillars. The pillars are unusual design, not round like most temples. Big Gong outside you can hit with mallet provided and make a donation.

Underrated temple. I am referring to the main temple, gorgeous, carefully and wonderfully decorated from floor to ceiling. With an interesting big Buddha centerpiece that is unlike at other temples

Impressive golden stupa that was built recently following the temple being hit by an earthquake (or flood... can't remember). It was quiet when we visited and worth a quick walk around.

It is an ancient and amazing temple. Inside there is a golden Buddha and a beautiful golden stupa. Amazing temple. Worth a visit. Takes few min for complete visit. On Saturdays and Sundays, there is a walking street market. Travelers can find delicious food to eat in the temple, which has many local food shop.

Located in the centre of the city, this is a small beautiful temple with golden Buddha statue and stupa. Few cafes are there operating in the same are. It's a photogenic place. Recommend for a quick visit.

Chanced upon this temple while making making my way to the Three Kings Monument. There was a Friday Flea market on the temple grounds. Stalls sell mostly handicrafts and handmade products at pocket friendly prices. Handmade soaps go for 100 baht for 3 pcs, wooden coffee spoons 4 for 100 baht, beaded bracelet and hair clips at 20 baht  and 10 baht each respectively. There is a stall which sells beautifully crafted indigo linens and cushion covers. Quality and variety of products seem to be better than the famous walking street markets on weekend. Skip the walking street weekend markets and visit this flea market if you prefer a stress free, hassle free shopping experience.
