I stayed here in 2017 amazing little place I would highly recommend the staff were very nice, were able to arrange transport to various attractions. It was close to the city centre and lots of restaurants I would recommend anyone staying here.

Very nice guest house. The water for the shower was warm because they had the heaters that the water passes through before exiting the shower head. The pool was nice and the entire guest house was well kept. The workers were extremely nice and helpful. Also the location is one of the best in Chiang Mai while being right off the main road.

Located in a very quiet place, yet very close to Thapae gate (5 min walking), Wororot and night bazaar market (15 min walking). 7/11 is just 3 minutes away. Rooms are spacious and super clean. Not many services offered, but the swimming pool is well maintained.

Terrible staff, started off by telling us our friends that were coming to swim couldn't change in our room. The room was clean, so we decided to stay another day. When I attempted to book that with the front desk they tried to charge me more per night than online. Forcing me to book it online.
While we were out that day they came into our room (even though we did not request a cleaning) and turned off our AC, and removed the card from our room. When we returned that night they informed us that we were not allowed to use the AC while we were gone.
Terrible experience, uncomfortable beds. No breakfast on the whole street; and it was totally empty. I understand now why.

We loved our stay here and wanted to extend but unfortunately it was already booked up! It's in a great location for walking to the old city. It's a beautiful room. The pool is small and is a little frigid. Takes bravery to get in. Really enjoyed our stay in the villa.

We stayed 2weeks and I will stay here again any chance I get. Tucked away on a quiet street just outside the walls of Chiang Mai old town. The hotel makes a very clean impression. The street is quiet and free of traffic. The location of the hotel is almost perfect.

I love this place. Clean, modern rooms and a small but nice pool. No food but very near tapae gate and all the food and drink you will need. Highly recommend!!! I forgot to take pictures but what you see online is accurate
