I got a half-sleeve piece from Mod last week and it's absolutely beautiful! Mod is incredibly kind and patient. He worked with me through all my questions and concerns. We had a time limit because of when I leave CM and he worked with me on that as well. Such a nice, soft spoken, and talented guy.

Also, his wife and daughter are super friendly and kind as well. I chatted with them a few times. Great experience! I HIGHLY recommend Modzilla Tattoo!!

I took my friend to have her first tattoo and we were both very impressed with the friendly family service along with the quality of the artistry. The owners whilst being Thai speak perfect English which will be an absolute asset for anyone needing to communicate their tattoo design.

It couldn't have gone better. I sent Mod a rough idea of what I wanted and he promptly came back to me with a great design. The whole experience was superb. Mod is super talented and his family (who work at the shop with him) were very welcoming. If you want a tattoo in Chiang Mai, get in touch with Mod!

Mod is incredible! His work is the best! I flew from the Bay Area to Chiang Mai just to reconnect with Mod to get more work done. He does original quality work; always satisfied with his ability to really understand what I would like and manifest it in a tattoo. He is really talented, cool, and just fun to work with. It is always a pleasure to see Mod and get work done. His shop in Chiang Mai is great; it is relaxing, convenient to get to, and a good atmosphere.

MOD is a creative genius! The design that he created for my tattoo was far beyond what I could ever have imagined in my own mind. The amount of detail, combined with his own artistic flair, that he put into the piece was truly outstanding. You can really tell that he loves doing what he does. Super professional and all-round really chill guy - I highly recommend him if you're looking for a custom tattoo in Chiang Mai.

Mod is an artist very passionate about his job. He made my uncertain and confusing words in a design which fully satisfied my original idea. His professionalism and speed in understanding what you want to, prove his long experience. He is a really nice person with a relaxing voice that puts you immediately at ease.

For me, it was a great experience. Strongly recommended!

Ps: for the ones that are scared about taking a tattoo in Thailand due to hygiene standard, the workspace is very clean and he fully satisfied what we can call "European standard"!

I wanted to genuinely express my praise for Mod's work. I've been a client of his when he started his own shop in Portland, OR. He had done such a phenomenal job on some work that he extended into a sleeve from a previous artist, that it was only natural for me to follow him to his hometown of Chiang Mai. His freehand artwork and line work is superb, and I get many compliments on my tattoos that makes me happily show them off with pride. Thank you Mod for these amazing pieces and for the passion that you put into your work. I'll see you again sooner than later. :)
