Great place, would be my first choice for staying in Chiang Mai again. Location can't be beat, next to some of the best restaurants in the city. Helpful, friendly staff. Very clean, modern and well cared for. Neighborhood is quiet but beware, the walls are THIN and if eight people decide to have a gathering in the common area at 1 AM, you'll hear it in your room on the third floor. No overnight staff to keep this from happening, so bring earplugs. The central AC might make your room seem too cold, but I was fine with it. Single rooms are very small but adequate, the room for three is spacious and has a huge window.

Good location, very clean, Host was very nice.
cons: very noisy could not sleep as you can hear everything and the person in the next room talked. Also note the air conditioner is for the entire floor and not per room. It is also turned on after noon.
There is no curtain in the room, but there a big window so cannot dress in the room or sleep after sunrise.

Cozy, clean and nice place for staying in Nimmanhaemin. There're many food and shop around the hostel.

I stay in family room for 3 person. Place is clean. There're drinking water and some cookie for free.
