Overpriced but a nice place to work. If you just want to use your laptop, I’d recommend signing up for AIS smart WiFi access instead of using the 3 hour limit you’ll receive with a purchase. It’s cheaper, unlimited and WAY faster.

I tested the internet connection here and download speeds are 3.7 mbps while AIS smart login is around 120.

Other than that, the seats are comfortable and outlets are EVERYWHERE — which is really nice.

Don’t worth it . The only plus is 24 hours service. Wrap wasn’t yummy , they served it cold in a basket , no plate or fork were provided. Cinnamon mocha was bad. Slow limited WiFi ???? better go to Starbucks

Open 24 hours. Latte was decent. Nothing to brag about, but can't go wrong if you have nowhere else to go early in the morning.

It's a bit expensive-120 or 140 baht for a decent sized iced coffee - so I'll never be a regular here; there are so many other good coffee shops in Chiang Mai which charge half that. But it does have lots of space, comfy chairs and great views. And unlike Starbucks you can actually get a normal iced coffee (add the syrup yourself if you like it sweet). However, I sat down at a big table at the other end of which was a lot of dirty cups, thinking someone would clear them soon. An hour later they were still there, even though the place was really quiet. At the prices they charge it might be nice if the staff occasionally came out from behind the counter and did a bit of cleaning. Probably it's a management problem. The 3 or 4 staff on duty were all very young, no doubt on minimum wage, and the franchise owner is evidently too stingy to pay for a manager who will actually take responsibility for anything. This seems to be a common problem in Thailand, and maybe fair enough when you're charging only 50 baht a drink, but it's unacceptable here.

It is really pricey and some of the furniture is all torn up. Large size coffees are only served in disposable cups. Small coffees are overpriced. The Americano does not taste good. Some outlets don't work and the bathrooms are closed. It can be loud with nearby construction. It can be a good place to work beside the flashy lights of the Maya Mall - feels kind of futuristic.

This place is the best fake Starbucks I've visited. Coffee and snacks are great. WiFi however is so ridiculously broken that even if you somehow manage to get through the setup process, you'll be better off just recording your packets to floppy drives and individually walking them to headquarters of companies websites you want to visit. Go there only if you want to enjoy the peacefulness of the offline world or meet with someone.

This place has a reputation for having the worst coffee, but its not all bad. Head upstairs at any time of the day and night and you have somewhere spacious to work. Handy if u live near by on Nimman road and just want a change of scenery. Clean toilets and polite staff make it an option.
