Open 10:00am to 7:00pm daily including public holidays.

Newer with lots of seating. Air conditioning is not overpowering but if you plan to stay awhile you will need a sweater.

Coffee menu is standard plus some pricey (100 baht plus) signature drinks. There are a few baked good for sale nothing outstanding.

Free wifi (with purchase) valid for 180 minutes.
Speed was all over the place. Generally slow. See photo.

Bathrooms are located on the second floor. You can access them through the back of the shop.

There are large meeting rooms available upstairs but no easy way to determine how they might be used / rented. If you don’t use the bathrooms you are unlikely to know they exist. A tremendous missed opportunity and expense for the owners of this shop!

Prices are a bit more than average.
Cashier struggled to ring things up accurately and once done sat back down to join her co-workers in playing with their cellphones. Typical. ????

I bought a Hot Vanilla Latte and paid 85 baht.

One of the best cafes in Chiang Mai to get your work done!!! It was carefully planned, with large tables to share as well as individual ones with lots of natural lighting and electricity plugs. On the second floor there’s a nice co-working space. The cups of coffee are very generous and the iced teas are delicious. The sandwiches are with focaccia bread and it’s homemade! It’s soft and light, just like made in Italy, so don’t miss the club sandwich, with a very crispy bacon. The scones are also homemade!

Coffee is not too shabby, the place is pretty hipster with a jazz soundtrack playing in the background. Funky and trendy light fittings around the place really sets the mood. Coffee is a little pricy but they have to pay for their posh furniture somehow. Plenty of power outlets dotted around to charge your laptops if need be.

Definitely a nice hangout for some work and a coffee. Buying a cappuccino and Italian soda gets you 6 hours worth of internet - which seems also attractive to a lot of students who do their homework while nibbling away on their soda for hours. Gets quite packed, but they have a 2nd floor too. Crowd is young students as you'd expect with Chiang Mai university around the corner. Thai food is decent, but definitely expensive. The student crowd is clearly on the trendier and wealthier side, as well as the occasional designer / client couple doing a coffee meet here. Nice place to come back to for some reading and work.

One of the greatest coffee shops in Chiang Mai! And I have to say it has the best wifi in Chiang Mai, super fast and no problems whatsoever compared to other cafés. Coffees are priced well 85 THB for a matcha latte and 75 THB for a regular latte. Really nice staff too.

Bland Café latte. Okay desserts. A bit overpriced, but nice ambience so the price was somehow understandable. Wifi and electrical sockets are available. Tables ideal for working.

Great place to focus on your thesis.

Really, it almost feels like everyone here are working on their theses and you got comrades.

Lovely quiet ambience. Fab design and funky music playing in the background. Very clean. Tea served in a proper cup ????! Pleasantly surprised!
