Nice clean hotel. Well furnished large rooms. Even has water heaters. Good breakfast buffet. Bathrooms have tubs. If there are not enough guests, they make individual breakfasts-you won't go hungry. They even have a lunch buffet for 99 baht--well worth the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Price was very good (about 1000 baht) for this part of town. Convenient access to Big C and Macro and not too far from the airport. Only complaint was the slow / spotty wifi.

An amazing new hotel established in Chiang Mai. Room designs pay homage to early 90's American living, but the ant infestation has started to spread over the months. Wi-Fi is available, but not reliable depending on which room you reserve. The beds are all-around comfortable and fit nicely with customizable air conditioning. If you plan to stay for over three days, you can make a great schedule getting around neighboring places and retreat just as easily by foot. Or perhaps bring your own entertainment and plug/stream it onto your room's Smart television. Despite its flaws, there are many benefits that make this hotel worthwhile to stay. Just don't get too comfortable without overlooking some things.

Besides the sound of the planes landing to the airport, This is the great little hotel. Lovely and cute style decoration. New furniture. Nice and very clean room with hot shower.

Everyone is really nice and the rooms are very clean. All the funny English sayings are really random and made everything just seem welcoming

Noisy. Right on the side of a busy street and very close to the airport. Shower is almost useless if you are taller than 50 cm. It is clean.

Didn't stay here for long, but it's an average motel with the basics sorted out. Wifi connection is bad especially in your rooms.

Clean and reasonable price. Good location not far from town center. Bath room is slippery. Watch out for that.
