Excellent well equipped gym. Clean spacious facilities. Good selection of weights, machines and cardio equipment. Muay Thai area as well. Only 80 baht for a day pass.

Baht 80 for a single visit .… lots of space, air cons, air filters, good quality equipment, lots of parking.
When I was there, Sunday evening, only 5 others so COVID social distancing very easy.
Changing room with lockers (take your own lock) shower convenient.
Owner/ family .… really nice people.

A nice smaller gym with nice equipment. 80 baht for entry. The ac is quite cold! Outside area for metcon like workouts with a tire, sled pull, and jump boxes. What is nice about this gym is there are multiple bench presses and multiple squat racks, so you aren't competing for just 1 like in some other gyms. Free drinking water, though it isn't cold. I liked this gym!

This is where you go to get swole. It's dark, it's cold it full of iron. What more could you want

Great gym with all new equipment. Family run by a friendly team. Very clean. Also has a Muay Thai studio with instructors who take 1-2-1 classes. 5 stars from me ????
