Very good location. Decent breakfast with Thai dishes, but also some European. The staff is very kind and speaks English fairly well. Very spacious room, clean and fully accessorized. Netflix!!!
The only thing less than satisfactory was the plumbing installation. The sink drips on the floor to such an amount that it soaks wet the shower mat. Also the shower installation has too little pressure and it also drips 10-15 minutes after finishing a shower. Maybe it was just our room.

This is by far the nicest hotel I have even stayed in. It is comforting and quiet with dark wooden doors, great beds, and jacuzzi tubs in the room. Everything is detailed and intricate. Mostly, the staff was incredible, and went above and beyond to help us get around Chiang Mai. Location is also very ideal - right on the edge of the old city and close to the Sunday night market.

The furniture and ambiance of the hotel are nice, that's why I gave it a 2 star. For the rest, there are few issues that makes me surprised this is a 4 star hotel: personnel doesn't speak English, there was no soap in the bathroom, a lot of mosquitoes in the room and everywhere, breakfast is quite bad, balcony door didn't close properly, shower head was broken and the water was going everywhere.

Really nice hotel - the rooms are comfortable, clean and sumptuous. The staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good.

However - the hotel is right next to a loud bar/restaurant and it can be difficult to sleep.

Google seems to have this down as a 3 star hotel but this place is definitely better than that! I'd say it's a 4 star hotel. Lots of nice little touches: air conditioning exceptionally quiet (but very efficient), different wifi for each device you have, jacuzzi in bathroom, padded slippers, great breakfast, spacious rooms, great staff. (Not in that order! Lol) Highly recommended.

Very good quality hotel in Chiang mai.
Rooms big and every comfort inside, like the jacuzzi, netflix everydrinks.
Nice the pool , the only thing to be' great for this hotel is s Salon Massage inside.

Excellent decorating and amenities , if you are a fan of nortern wooden decorating you'll love this place.
Big plus for a Jacuzzi in the room.
