What a wonderful place to stay. Everyone was so helpful and welcoming - Toto most of all looked after us so well...arranging trips, events and transport for us, she didnt make it feel anything short of home.

The rooms were super clean and the services and security was excellent. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The lodge is well located - just set away from the hustle and bustle of the town, so you get your peaceful stay, but close enough to access everything and anything within minutes. It was the perfect place for us.

Totally recommended. The hosts are super nice and, as soon as you arrive, they give you every possible information like where to rent a moped, a paper that explains the 13 things to do in the area, another paper with all the tours, and maps. They're very organized and they really take care of their guests.
The house is amazing; everything is made of wood and it feels so relaxing. The beds are very comfortable and everything is very clean. The bathrooms are very cool, too. They're located outside but you get privacy from the banana trees. The shower products are all vegan.
The food they serve is delicious. Make sure you try their homemade yogurt with tropical fruit and local honey. This place is also close to the airport.

My friend and I stayed here for a few nights. The staff were so very friendly. I got sick and we were shown where to get medicine (she wrote my symptoms in Thai for the pharmacist). The breakfast is amazing and well priced. I was so happy with everything at Lanna. Service, cleanliness, atmosphere-all fantastic! Would definitely book again.

SLL is a beautiful homestay. I’ve stayed here for seven nights. I moved twice and been stayed in three different rooms. Every room has their characters and all very specious, spotless clean and comfortable. Toto Ann Lan and the auntie all super nice. They care about their guests. Always greeting you with big smile, concern your satisfaction. When checking in You’ll be welcomed by a colorful fruit treat also a very refreshing flower’s tea. When you leave they give you a nice gift. I was so pleased by twice free upgrades, Toto is very generous. They also provide free repellent. I miss SLL after I left. Definitely highly recommend this wonderful place to travelers who come to Chiangmai and want to experience the Thai culture.

I am a solo traveller and I consider Swiss Lanna Lodge as a unique place in the world, with the hosts, the serenity and its beauty. The location for me was awesome, away from the noise of the town, I used the bicycle everyday. All the structure is wooden (this means you might hear other people's voice) and more than clean, exactly like a home. The single room has an open bathroom which is fantastic. The food they prepare is delicious. There is a terrace if you want to chill out or practise yoga. I spent more than 2 weeks with their great hospitality, they care a lot about all of their guests and they are very helpful with tour organisations. Toto, Marco, the girls and the aunt, great people, great place!

Very nice place. It's around a ten minute walk from the night bizarre and river crossing but there are actually a number of bars and restaurants on the Swiss Lanna Lodge side of the river if you didn't fancy going to town. To be honest I don't want to write this review because I can't even get a room here anymore its so popular. The staff were awesome.
