I visited this place more than 5 times every visit in Chiangmai. But this time was so bad, new staffs, no experience at all in hospitality, but you can still learn. I’m not a big commentator but I had very bad experiences, they served me warm beers and asked me if I need to order ice. I thought the beers should be already cold from the fridge. I have to ask for plates, fork and spoon, so I can eat. It’s not well organized. They brought all the dishes but without rice, I ordered rice from the beginning and not the last minutes. Well it’s time to move on and not coming back here again.

Local restaurant with lots of thai customers, good food, not too busy. Northern food dish is worth trying

Local green vegetable stir-fried with eggs (Chiang Da Pad Kai) was delicious. The food price was on an expensive side for locals. A river view is nice though. Good to come in the evening when the Sun sets.

Hot as hell inside ! No AC and not enough fan ! Ok tea at reasonable prices !

A lovely location with the dining area floating on the river. The menu had good variety and included Thai dishes. The prices seemed a little high, but that may be because we are new to this part of the country. They accepted credit card. Some staff spoke English.

Optimistic start as we decided to sit next to the river which was a serene setting. All down hill from there. Ordered two coffees and after 15 minutes of waiting we were informed they had no coffee. Menu was overpriced (we have eaten at over 30 Thai restaurants now so this is based on a broad sprectrum of places). Our first dish approached our table (40 minutes post order) but then was placed on the table NEXT to us when the waiter realised he had other errands to run. The service continued to be terrible. The food was tasteless and some arrived lukewarm. My watermelon shake was okay! Dirty plates on tables next to us attracted insects. The place in general was unclean. Lunch at the 7/11 would have been a better option. My one recommendation would be: don’t eat here. M

What an amazing place, we had our dinner by the river and it was just perfect, the prices are reasonable but the atmosphere and the place its wonderful with live music entertainment.
The food its excellent the cocktails really nice.
Perfect place to try the traditional KHANTOKE DINNER
