Stayed here last week, just opened again under new management. Great place to stay, good location just outside the city, comfortable beds can't believe what good value it was. Best hostel i have stayed at, felt very safe here as a single female traveller, thank you Sundance for looking after me. XXX

Good place to stay, walking distance to everything.
Clean, comfortable and convenient. Plenty of restaurants and places to have a drink within walking distance. Choice of gyms within a 5 minute walk.
Off to Bangkok for a couple of weeks then will be back.

Great place, Great owner. Arrived in Chiang Mai last minute with nowhere to stay. Sundance managed to fit me in and had everything I needed. Clean, friendly and handy location.
Recommend to anyone looking for a hostel in Chiang Mai

Staying here for Loy Krathong festival.
Nice place, comfortable beds and clean.
