This is about the restaurant. Not a stay. Made reservations for Sunday night at 8:30 just to be on the safe side to get a table. That turned out not to be an issue since we were the only ppl in the whole place for the next hour. Asking the staff person she said that brunch is there busiest time of day on a Sunday and reading other reviews that seems to be the case.
Everything from the service, to the food, to the ambience were excellent. Menu leaning more towards the western side, we ordered Thai dishes, and found all were delicious. The bar looked like an Instagram moment (typical these days) and will come back to sample some cocktails.
A beautiful quiet setting for couples.

A beautiful, relaxed hotel with friendly and super helpful staff - we will most definitely return! Breakfast menu was amazing - especially for our super fussy kids there was a selection of everything (western to suit their tastes) - good coffee, lovely ambience and a smiley friendly face from our waiters every morning. The hotel itself is set in the most idyllic grounds, right on the river. We had breakfast right by the river on a few mornings and it was really peaceful. The rooms were well equipped and serviced every day which was a real treat. Water in abundance and tea and coffee making facilities. Cannot say anything negative about this place...... love it!

We came to stay with my family. We were most impressed with the outstanding hospitality. The staff are so polite. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Checked in and immediately checked out. Rooms are dark, dated and worn out - definitely not 4*!

Made a simple room change request in a virtually empty hotel and was met with "pay us more...much more".

Staying in over 100 hotels a year, this is not 4* management when a hotel is empty and they haggle you for more money to move to an already empty room. I would have eaten here and used their spa - so they would have made plenty of money.

I booked and went to another 4* star hotel nearby and was greeted with kindness and given a beautiful upgrade without asking. This other hotel also provided discount vouchers for their restaurant and spa. I will now use this newer, very well managed hotel in CM for business, leisure and my colleagues in the future.

The staffs are not at all accomodating. What I did is only to ask for note taking papers for my work. The staff told me that the hotel will charge me 2 batht per a piece of paper. The amount of money is subtle but it has demonstrated that the staff and this hotel do not value its guests' subtle request and take every request financially. This is not a 1 or 2-star hotel where services are not thier priority.

Moreover, I forgot to bring a phone charger with me. So I asked the staff whether I can borrow a usb-c charger for a few hours. Given that usb-c charger is used widely by android smart phone users and some version of laptop computer, I expected that there might be some staff using the same charger and lend me for only few hours. However, the staff refused to ask any of her colleagues for me and suggested me to try checking the convenience store where I have to cross 4 lane-road that has no crossing light and walk another 300 meter through a small street that has pedestrian walk way (street for cars only). Walking through such path would be very dangerous. I ended up searching for a convinience store delivery myself and resolved everything without any help from the hotel staff.

All in all, I am very disappointed with this unhelpful services and would not recommend anyone who expect even a moderate level of service from this 4-star hotel.

P.s. Food is expensive and not worth for money.
