Rooms and public areas around the hotel need a lot more maintenance. Maybe due to Covid that they are worn out but now that there are people coming back, it'd be good to renovate and speed up the maintenance effort. For example, room towels are generally old. TVs are so old. Breakfast? I stayed for a week and saw exactly the same thing everyday. Someone needs to be creative in cooking. Staff? 90% helpful and friendly.

The resort is located near the train station and was perfect for us arriving by train. The room was big and comfortable with a nice bed. The resort has several nice pools to cool off in. A grab to the center is only 100 Baht.

The only thing we can complain about is an unwanted guest (cockroach) intruding in our bedroom (see pictures). Reception wanted to clear it but I had already done this. After this we only got a "sorry".

Small tip: put a rolled up towel underneath the door to keep these guests out

The first time in Chiang Mai, I visited to Siripanna hotel. I am very impressed. The first thing was excellent service. The staff were dressed neatly and spoke so well. Next, The room is very spacious and clean. Each room has its own swimming pool and there is a beautiful nature outside. You can see a mountain
view and fog in the morning. The location Finally, a breakfast is very several and delicious. I really like it.

A little outside. Would be in walking distance to the old city but the lack of a pavement makes it rediculously hard to walk there.
The hotel was excellent, a couple of years ago. Everything is a little so-so now, most likely due to the time they were closed during Corona.
Don't expect too much - but expect several little things that shouldn't be that way in a hotel.

As a long-standing hotel you get the benefit of very large room and bathroom with both standing shower and bath tub! Design is also great with a rustic feel to it.

The door card system however can be updated as the handle of my door was a little loose from long wear and tear. Separately as this hotel is also shared with nature, it has a padi field inside, do expect a few bugs here and there but nothing serious at all.

Breakfast provided is great as kao soi, traditional northern dish is provided as well as an omelette bar.

Sufficient parking for cars inside and along the street outside of the hotel.

The second time we come in this luxurious but affordable hotel. It will become our second home for our next trips to Chiangmai for sure. The food and cocktails at the restaurant are very good ! All the staff is very kind and helpful

The hotel is not properly maintained, the lobby and the restaurant are full of mosquitoes, and they do nothing to improve it. To use the toilets in the lobby without being “eaten” alive isn’t possible. The bathroom tiles in room 3211 are covered with mold. Pool is green and not properly clean, also there is lack of sun-beds.The room service is not responding , we tried it 3 times with no success . Breakfast is so so, but the menu in the restaurant is poor , only the dim sum is ok.The stuff do not speak English , only a few people on the reception desk. When we checked out , they asked us to pay for the laundry bag ..????
