My first tattoo experience in Thailand and it was worth waiting for i was gobsmacked at the selection of available tattoos and the care and attention that i was given by the owner Sam who has 2 other shops in the area.I doubt that I could get a better tattoo anywhere and if I could rate it higher I would

The girlfriend and I both got different bamboo tattoos, Joe was super professional and quick. 10/10 would get another tattoo from this location again!

They also have another location near the libra guest house, nice quiet location very accommodating, can't say enough good things about Sam's tattoo!

Sam Tattoo refreshed and renewed a tattoo I had done in 1986. After 30+ years the colors have badly faded. The image is the joker from Sonia Delaunay's "Simultane" playing cards. I have to hand it to Sam. Today my tattoo looks better than it did in 1986. The colors are fresh and vibrant. Sam has done a fantastic job of matching the feel of the original playing card drawing and the colors. The card is recreating on my arm.

Great quality artwork u0026 quality ink. "THE BEST" in Chiang Mai. I keeo coming back because Sam doesn't rip me off u0026 provides excellen service u0026 quality tattooing!
As it says on Sam's advertising GOOD TATTOOS AREN'T CHEAP u0026 CHEAP TATTOOS ARENT GOOD.

Maybe tattoo is okay, but definitely DON’T GO FOR PIERCING. Not professional at all. Had a bad infection (not their fault) but their choice of jewelry made it to totally impossible to heal. Yes, they cut the (tiny) jewelry sharp on one end and use it as needle to pierce. It’s short and there is not any space for the piercing to heal once it got swollen. I had to go back to change after the infection got a little bit better after taking a few days antibiotics but they still have no idea what’s the best way to fix it. A lot of pain and blood, and they charged me ridiculously expensive for the jewelry change. Anyway, worst piercing experience ever.

I got a bamboo Sak Yant here back in July. I went to the location over in the night bazaar. I have to say that I am very happy with the end result and the artist even went above and beyond and helped me get it blessed by a monk at a temple in the inner city. I would definitely recommend!
