Room layout is well designed Good breakfast at reasonable price. I thought the hotel as a whole was incredibly clean. All in all a good hotel in a good location with great transport connections. Definitely worth what we paid for. The hotel was recently open for the stay last few months.

Good location, nice room but if have swimming pool would be perfect. Staff is verynice and helpful

Had a great experience here and staff were helpful to arrange a local guide who brought us around for a day trip! Location was good as it's near many eateries and MAYA Lifestyle Mall. Facilities were not bad and rooms are spacious (we got a family room).

What makes it not so good is that the aircon smells moldy and they don't replace towels and toiletries generously.

In your own room you will feel like luxury and comfortable home serving you all necessarily and convenience appliances. Located in excellent location of Nim*** road. Conveniently the hotel provides bicycles for rent making it even easier to commute. Best for business and family stay with reasonable prices. I and my wife really enjoyed the good time staying at S17 hotel.

Overall experience was excellent. Rooms large with lots of natural light. Kitchen had everything with large refrigerator. Beds were very comfortable and a nice big balcony with great view of mountains. Finn and Ung were great and very helpful, English was very good and their daily smiles were very much appreciated.

Location is perfect for getting to most of the local sites. We get to enjoy the local art-exhibit of this beautiful city. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The rooms are going to be generally clean. The door of the room is fire and sound proof. Good hospitality with reasonable price.

Hotel has a very nice size room. The stay was very comfortable. The bathroom is a little dated, but very acceptable. Location is great. Walking distance to everything on Nimman. I would definitely come back.
