One of the best boutique hotels in Chiangmai! The Riverfront room is very spacious and well decorated, bathroom is also gorgeous. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food options are plenty and not overpriced at all. Parking is convenient and there is more space just right next to the hotel. Big plus if you're a fan of art. Will definitely come back. ????????

1. When I arrived at the hotel on the first day, I was not very satisfied, and there was a gap between the feeling and expectations.
2. The staff service is very good, the breakfast is also good, it would be better if there is a different breakfast every day.
3. After checking in, I found that the green environment of the hotel is very good. There is a small courtyard on the first floor, surrounded by green vegetation. The hotel was very quiet, as if it was just me and my wife.
4. An extra 500 baht was added for a room with a balcony. I can bask in the sun on the balcony, read a book, drink some beer, and let go of myself, which is very comfortable. This is what I am most satisfied with.
5. A few days before I was about to leave, I suddenly found that the artwork on the wall was quite interesting. I found that I got used to this hotel.
6. I stayed in the hotel for 2 days and finished my PPT, very happy. This hotel is suitable for quiet work. Ha ha

This hotel is excellent. If you are seeking the place to stay in Chiangmai this place is one option for you. Surrounding with new art materials nice atmosphere and staff friendly.

First time to visit here for 2 nights, I love this place. Welcome and friendly staff here. I recommend if you need this place for workation like me. Nice room and strong WiFi. There will be meals from chef nearby the hotel will serve from noon till 9 PM. Delicious meal without go outside. Next time if I visit ChiangMai, I will choose this hotel again.

Loved this place! Friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 for cleanliness! Quirky and artsy decor, spacious rooms and the best bed you’ve ever slept on! Definitely recommend.

This is the uniqe 'art' not traditional hotel. I think if people hold their bias about political view this hotel is another good choice for who love creativity and open minded.
I love that they take care the pet. The staff are very flexible and friendly. The only complain is error of map location in FB. I think they have already corrected.

We have just stayed here with friends and family and had a ball! The garden and riverside are perfect for kids to play in and the pool also. The rooms were so comfortable and the baths to die for! Staff were so friendly and they even have kayaks for a casual row along the river!
