The staff was excellent. The room was clean and spacious.however the bathroom was very dated and it took 10 minutes for the water getting warm which is a shame for all the wasted water. Also the breakfast was not very good. The hotel is close to the treinstation which is a plus and it has a quite location however it is too far from the centre. Big plus are the 2 Pools!

Very hard to judge in this covid climate, as the hotel is very quiet but it is a lovely hotel. Lovely staff, sad to see it so quiet. The staff fixed any problems we had straight away and the restaurant staff are lovely. Receptionists were very helpful in ordering grab food and cars.

Quiet area.
Friendly stuff. Clean rooms and atmosphere.
We were only guest there. What a luxury :)
Amazingly grande breakfast too.
Good for people who are travelling by train. Just around the corner from trainstation.

The service is above top notch, I had to go to the hospital and they drove me instead of sending me in a cab. My friend could not find the hotel and they drove out to look for him. I have stayed here twice on the new side and older side. Both sides are excellent and they put in all new mattresses on the older side Nov 2017. The location is close to everything yet still out of the way. My daughter loved the free shuttle to the night Bazaar daily. I have to say the staff and atmosphere are my two favourite things about the hotel. The rooms are very clean and they offer all the amenities you will need. Thanks again for a amazing stay. My daughter loved having 2 pools to swim in and the dog, she got to visit with daily.

Very affordable price with great service. The staff is very nice especially they helped me find the phone I lost on the grab. Location is a bit far from the city but you can get very quiet space and get away from the busy tourist area.
Breakfast is amazing serving different dishes everyday. The guests can enjoy 10% off in the restaurant by the pool which is a plus. As a solo traveler I would recommend you stay here!
Room is nice and clean.
Love the pool so much!

Our stay was great! We would recommend this for people looking for a calm and quiet place to stay. Pros - The hotel staff were super nice and accommodating and the room was beautiful (I especially loved the stone bath tub). The breakfast buffet was delicious as well. The staff was also helpful with booking activities like cooking classes and visiting elephant sanctuaries. Cons - Wifi signal in our room was weak. Also, the amenities could use an upgrade. Nothing in the "gym" really worked - treadmill and elliptical machine were broken and it would have been great if the pool was heated. Overall, I loved the place but it was definitely served as just a place to go back to in the evening and not somewhere I would necessarily hang out at (not a bad thing since there is so much to do in Chiang Mai).

I can't really give this a top rating.
Too many things on the property were in disrepair and the workout area was being used to store old mattresses.
Toilet was broken and showers were non controllable. The pools were not temperature regulated or filtered and grounds around the hotel were deplorable. Refrigerator froze and burst a bottle of water.
Overcharged for laundry.
Staff was friendly so I gave an extra star for that.
Local younger taxi driver assigned to the hotel was a bit rude during a days outing.
