The Chef, Air, was extremely knowlegeable and entertaining. We learned to make Pad Thai. We had our own work stations, and we were well monitored. We learned about the best fish sauce and noodles, and how to properly cook rice noodles. He gave us a cookbook created by him and gave us recommendations for substitutions for vegetables that we could buy here in America. Air took us to a local market to buy the ingredients and gave us an enducation on local vegies and sauces. That was a lot of fun! I would highly recommend a cooking class with Air.
