From my personal experience here the staff are very helpful.
Note the building pinned is under renovation currently (Aug 2018) the building to the north is where services are available.
I went because I had laundered my bill in my pocket and was destroyed.
With a bar code from a previous bill it is possible to pay current outstanding balance at a machine near the entrance. No need even to wait in line and speak to someone.
Good service in my opinion.
