The design of the hotel is stunning. Roof top pool and comfortable bed were highlights. Value of this hotel is great. Our television set stopped working half-way through our stay. Inside room , there is a bath which is easy for us to relax after a long day walk. We booked last minute and had a great stay.

A simple but decent hotel. Large room with large bed, plenty of lights and plugs. Breakfast is good and simple, enough to satisfy my morning appetite. Close to the relatively newly developed part of the city. Shopping mall, restaurants large and small, and night market are nearby. Airport is also not far. For me, If they can have the shower head a bit higher, it would be a perfect place to stay in the city.

Not too bad although maybe adjustment of shower head so you can shower standing up rather than squatting. Breakfast was delicious and buffet style. Overall, a bang for your buck if ya want a spacious room.

Upon arrival everything was great until we stepped foot in our room and were overcome by the smell. The location is good and not far from Nim***hemindra Rd. A lot of car parking. Room cleaning service is available upon request. The rooms is clean and tidy. The room was great.

I don't want to give any start for this hotel. The air conditioner was super dirty. After the first night, I got much pain from that and noise. I asked to clean up first but they only made clean up filters. The biggest problem was water was a drop from air conditioner from turned on 10min after. It was like a waterfall. Not only this, bedsheets and blankets has some strains. Although I consider how much I paid for this room, the quality of conditions and their service was poor and not reasonable. When I checked out the hotel, I show these pics to receptionists. She only says ”Sorry”. Why don't you try to explain or help to solve these problems?? Please book another hotel and don’t consider to stay here. Here it is far from any interesting places on a walk too.

별한개도 아깝습니다.
첫날 숙박후 목이 심하게 붇고 코가 비염처럼 문제가 생겨서 에어컨 청소를 요청했는데 위에 필터만 씻어놨습니다. 첫 사진보시면 바람나오는 부분에 먼지가 가득합니다. 창문이 있음에도 환기는 거의 안하는것 같습니다. 문제는 그날 저녁 방에 들어와서 에어컨틀고 10분도 안됐는데 에어컨에서 물이 떨어집니다. 에어컨은 침대헤드 바로 위에 있습니다. 리셉션에 연락했더니 방을 바꿔주겠다는데 에어컨청소 문제가 있었어서 에어컨 확인해달랬더니 다른방들도 더럽다고 안내해줘서 침대 옮겨서 잤습니다.
첫날 시트도 교체요청했는데 사진처럼 시트랑 이불이 더럽습니다. 교체요청했더니 에어컨에서 떨어지는 물의 양이 많아서 직원이 그냥 에어컨 밑에 깔아두고 갔습니다.
가성비 생각해도 비추합니다. 어차피 비슷한 가격대에 치앙마이 호텔 많습니다. 하나둘씩 문제있는 호텔들 줄여가면 그나마 나은 호텔 찾을 수 있을것 같습니다.
제가 운이 안좋아서 공기와 청소상태 더럽고 에어컨문제 있는 방을 받았을 수 있지만 기본적으로 리셉션도 체크인때부터 불친절하고 체크인이나 아웃때 위탁하는 짐들은 리셉션 옆 오픈스페이스에 자신들이 두고가게 되어있습니다. 분실의 위험도 있지만 호텔은 책임지지 않겠다는듯 했습니다. 체크인 시간도 3시부터입니다. 또한 관광이 목적이라면 걸어서 님만해민까지 가기에는 Maya mall 까지 10분 이상으로 멉니다. 위치가 애매해서 개인적으로는 이전에 다른호텔에 투숙시 이곳의 루프탑 이용한 기억이 있어서 예약했지만 전망이 다른 건물들에 둘러쌓여있어서 좋은편이 아닙니다.
체크아웃때 본인의 키만 받고 문제없다고 얘기들었습니다. 반대로 저는 문제가 있었다고 지난밤에 있었던 일로 전달받는 내용 없냐고 물었더니 모른다고 대답했습니다. 사진을 보여주며 문제가 있었다고 얘기하니 상황설명이나 기타내용 없이 굳은표정의 “Sorry”라는 말만 들었습니다. 스탭들간 소통도 없고 발생한 객실내 문제에 대해 해결할 의지도 없는듯 했습니다.
공항에서 바로 호텔로 이동했고 낮 12시쯤 프런트로 직행해서 신분증을 제시했습니다. 예약시 얼리체크인을 요청했습니다. 가장 처음 호텔 규정이 적혀있는 확인서를 제시하고 안내없이 사인 요청받았고 사인후에는 체크인은 3시 이후이며 짐은 옆에 두고가라고 규정대로 진행하겠다는 태도였습니다. 혹시 해당호텔의 규정에는 객실내 문제발생을 방지하거나 위생상태를 청결히 유지하는 호텔의 기본사항은 없나요? 기본적으로 호텔리셉션의 투숙객에 대한 반응과 태도가 문제있습니다. 저는 무료로 숙박한 상황이 아니었음에도 저에게 고자세로 대응하였고 문제가 생겼음에도 불편을 끼쳐 미안하다는 느낌은 한개도 못받았습니다.
가격대비 특급호텔의 서비스를 기대하는건 절대 아닙니다. 저가 호텔도 급이 낮은 호텔도 기본이라는게 있는데 해당호텔은 비싸지 않운 가격에도 서비스나 상태를 고려하면 비싸다는 생각이 들었습니다. 때문에 제가 겪은 상황들은 자세하게 리뷰로 남깁니다.

Excellent stay here at Prestige. For the price and what you get it is amazing! Great staff, close to the Maya mall and just a quick Grab (uber) ride to all the main attractions in cm. Stayed here for 3 months and will definitely be back!

Value for money rooms that is situated close to Maya mall. Relatively close to the airport with a taxi or Grab. Rooms rather clean, but I did experience some ants on the counter top Take note, when u search for the hotel location, it'll point you to a building facing the main road, but that is not the hotel. Rather, the hotel is situated behind that building.
