Awesome services. Rooms are clean and smell nice. Hotel also provide breakfast. The hotel is close to a mini Big C, massage and a mall around the corner. Downside is you need a Thailand plug (two flat prongs) to use their electricity as they aren’t universal powerpoint. Otherwise it’s a A++

The location is perfect to take a stroll. I would definitely recommend the breakfast buffet. Taxis are available round the clock. We did enjoy all of the surroundings. Hotel gave us a huge suite to stay in. Getting there from the airport is easy. We will be returning next year.

It was our first experience in this kind of hotel. We were served by a pleasant waiter. The staff at the hotel are all very friendly and attentive. With just a 10 minute walk, you can get to so ***y interesting places. In the morning you have ***y options for transportation.

In good location of the city. Transportation in the area was pretty easy. The best feature is the convenience. All the staff at the hotel was very friendly and very helpful. The price is so cheap you will be amazed. I will return to Chiangmai again and will stay at Phucome for sure.

Near to practice area of Kick Boxing. Transportation to all parts of the city is readily available for little money. We were always greeted by name with a warm welcome. Very well trained personnel, in my opinion. The staff never failed to greet and smile to each of their guests.

The location was great - easy to get around. There are lots of restaurants nearby. All employees seem sincere to have you as a guest. I wrote a letter to the ***agement to compliment all the workers. Airport is only 20 min away. Swim pool is huge. I always stay here when I am in Chiang Mai.

Actually never stayed in the hotel but live opposite. Often have live karaoke outside with terrible singing bellowing out into the neighbourhood. Goes on until around midnight and can be any night of the week. Tour coaches sit out the front working on the engines revving them up past 11pm. Very noisy in my apartment so must be noisy in the hotel rooms too.
