Wow! I am so thankful for this Ayurvedic center. I arrived in Thailand two weeks ago and was already having intense poo problems from my 18 hour flight and quitting vaping (apparently constipation for weeks is a nasty side effect that is often unmentioned) . I was close to going to the hospital from the pain after laxatives weren’t helping but decided to wait it out until my flight to Chiang Mai to visit this clinic.

The colonic was amazing. I’ve tried about 10 practitioners over the years and I’ve NEVER had the experience of two people caring for you at once. One works the machine (I prefer closed system so this was great) and the other does hot oil abdominal massage the whole time. Because of this, I would rate it the best colon hydrotherapy I’ve ever had!

I was so gassy and backed up I thought I might pass out and die from pain during the experience (for people without bowel obstruction it is not painful at all) but they helped me through the worst of it with encouragement.

I highly recommend PongPhat clinic and will be coming back for several more sessions in the next days along with other treatments for my whacked out Vata body. ????. Thank you!!
At last I can stop farting all over the place.

I had a course of 3 x colonics. The 2 ladies treating me were very knowledgable u0026 extremely kind. It’s great value u0026 I feel so much better.

I had colonic irrigation in the clinic and could not recommend it enough. The nurses were extremely polite and helpful. During the first session, which was the most painful, they made everything for me to feel comfortable. During each session, one nurse massaged my abdomen with warm oil: Heaven! I would come back to Chiang Mai just to repeat the treatment!

Had colon hydrotherapy and ionic foot bath. Although the footbaths are questionable in functionality, the other treatment was golden! Had one therapist massaging abdomen the whole time. They're very well trained and do a great job. I was very comfortable.

Absolute love. After suffering for years with terrible constipation I gave up on the doctors and their fiber supplements. Once I was reduced to having a movement once a week at best it was time to think outside the box. I shunned my fears and shyness and came to The Ayervedic center. I set the appointment by email and arrived the next day. The two lovely ladies on staff at the time took great care to preserve my dignity throughout the process. They truly went above and beyond during both visits to ensure all the old impacted matter was cleaned out of me. I should have had three but called back to Bangkok for business and then back home to the states. I have had zero issues since the treatment and now am able to have normal movements on a daily basis. I feel like a new man, I am losing weight and the aches and pains are gone. When I go back to Chiang Mai I will be visiting again even if only to thank the staff.

I was searching for a place to do a detox and I am really glad that I chose Chiang Mai ayurvedic, the staff from the very beginning was really welcoming, this was my first time that I did a colon cleanse and they may me feel really well, super professiona and comfortable, the four hand massague, one of the best massagued I ever had, the price was exelent and the results..!! You can feel the difference right after the treatment, so glad that I chose then.

I visited the Chiang Mai Ayurvedic Center multiple times for their ozone therapy treatments and loved the entire experience.

Don't expect a high end spa, but do expect a great staff, and mind-blowing prices.

Worth the try!
