I stayed at this amazing hostel for one night, and I enjoyed a lot! İt's right in the city center, location is so comfortable for travelers who like to explore around by walk, everything is so near by. Maybe a bit more pricey than another places but the quality of beds and location worth it!
The place is very chill and quiet, nobody disturbs and you can take proper rest (like I did!). They provide breakfast from 7:30 till 10:30, it was bread, jams, coffee/tea, corn flakes, milk, juice, bananas. Can mix as you wish.
The room is so tidy, so clean and no dark. Bed is VERY comfortable!! I slept like a baby ))
The owner is nice and kind person:) that's important and add more star to the place. Recommended ????

Tucked down a side street close to the Old City, this place is about as good as it gets for a hostel. It was a great stay, friendly welcoming staff, comfortable and clean and not noisy unlike a lot of places. Great walking distance to local bars, restaurants and coffee shops. One of the best ‘hostels’ I have ever stayed in, in Chiang Mai. Stay here if you want something that packs a punch and really delivers as a hostel. Worth the money - highly recommend to younger travellers!

The owner is the one of nicest that I've ever met.
I really enjoyed to Stay in Chiang Mai and Hai Hostel. I got so many happy memories in here.
The room is clean and quiet. The price is reasonable.

I spend a very good night at Hai Hostel !
The room was clean, cosy bedroom with my own space to store my luggage close to me instead of leaving it on the way down as I was sleeping upstairs.
I had an issue with the first bedroom and the staff replace me to another shared room quickly.
I recommend this place!

Perfect place to stay! Very good location, close to the center, night market, the best gate to chill and hangout, discover local life. Very appreciable canal, food and stores around. Hostel so clean, with all equipment, an incredible living room where you can feel at home, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, nice customer and lovely owners. Don’t hesitate!

Aww this place is just so cute and its location was perfect. I booked for 5 nights for the lantern festival and then extended my stay.

The 241 coffee is reallt good and the staff are very very accommodating.

They really went out of their way to secure bookings and taxis. They were eager to take on feedback and honest reviews which was refreshing as I didn't notice this in other hostels.

I booked a private room, the bedding was super soft. I felt very at home. The room was basic but had adequate storage including hangers. For the price and for hostel standard it was very pleasant stay.

The security is to a very high standard, theres CCTV and high quality coffee machines.

Very clean, breakfast was average but it worked just fine.! Thank you.

Oh and the massage school backdoor is a bonus. Very decent staff, its not a standard thai massage, they actually train people there including travellers so the quality of masaage was phenomenal. You get a discount if you show them your hostel booking.

If you hire a motorbike its cheaper to do it via hostel as they bring the bike to the hostel. I hired it locally and had to pick and drop the bike. Only when I was checking out I realised I paid the same amount! So ask the hostel to give you details. Laundy is well priced too!.

The rooms are quiet, beds have their private space, bathroom is very clean, staff is really helpful and nice, breakfast with fresh fruit is included, and free water all day! Cannot find anything that I miss or do not like in this hostel.
