Lovely people, perfect placement, very clean, Breakfast was great! The cleaning lady shouldn't throw away things that aren't in the bin (because then the person probably doesn't want it thrown...) but that's the only complaint (and to be fair, I like keeping empty water bottles from places I've been to refill them at the airport so the next place I have a stock of drinkable water...)

I'd 100% recommend this place!!

We stayed one night in a family room, which is basically 2 rooms connected to each other with 1 king size bed and 1 double size bed. The rooms were spacious. The included breakfast was typical to the hotel's level - decent but nothing to write home about. The hotel is located very close to the night bazaar but it was still quiet and we had a good sleep. Overall, in respect of value over money - it's worthwhile staying in this hotel.

A perfect place if u really want to see d beauty of Chiang Mai. Staff was very nice, room was clean and everything is available which u want in ur room. Best thing is Night bazar market is nearby whr u will get live music and can have beer/wine/vodka. Most important thing, it's very economical with breakfast included as to and fro for airport to hotel which can also save atleast ur 200THB from one side.

It's not a grand hotel, but it's special enough to make your stay different. I like the old fashioned decoration in the room, but all utilities are not old at all. If you are a early sleeper, the noise from night markets may be disturbing. But after midnight, it is so quiet. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful for questions asked. I like their all inclusive breakfast and the tranquility of restaurant atmosphere. It's a good start for your day!

This hotel is in a great location right next to the night bazaar, and some great little restaurants (be sure to check out Lemongrass round the corner!). The staff were extremely helpful and happy they are a great asset to the hotel. The breakfast has a good choice and the coffee is great. The rooms are a good size however, the beds are so hard (literally like sleeping on the floor). There is no soundproofing in the rooms as the corridors and the rooms are completely made of wood so sound echos everywhere, it's only a problem late at night or in the morning, each morning we were woken by the cleaners getting the stuff ready to clean the rooms at 6/7am. Unfortunately we had picked the few days when the owners were staying, they were very loud in the mornings in the corridors, they took over the bar area downstairs daily and they had a private party up at the skybar one evening. I understand that different cultures have different habits however in most countries, spitting in the dining room, shouting at staff and being very loud is considered rude, especially when it makes guests feel uncomfortable, guests that are paying money. Would we stay here again? Yes, but first I would check the owners aren't staying and I would also bring earplugs.

Room was ok. Air conditioning nice and cold. The shower was really odd, part of the washroom so even the toilet gets soaked when you shower - this makes things very slippery! The shower wouldn't get really hot for me even turned up all the way. The room is a little small but there's a great patio and it overlooks the night bazaar which is super close and so fun to be right near.
Beds were very very hard but surprisingly enough I slept fine on them every night. Nice bigger fridge in The room was great too.

Most likely the nicest 3 star hotel I've ever stayed at.
Modern comfortable rooms with adequate bathroom, and a small open balcony.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
A great buffet breakfast with a nice mix of western and local food.
Also, Real coffee with an option to sit outside and watch the morning unfold as locals and tourists make a start on the day.
The location of this hotel is a 10 if your here for the night market. You only need to walk across a quiet street and your at in the bazaar.
