Close to the center but still cheap. Bed and room was clean. Mosquito screens in front of the windows.
The bathroom could use a little work and some paint, but was still ok.
Also had a small bench next to the door, so we could enjoy the evening outside as well.
Laundry service was done within 24hours, 40bath/kg.

I quite liked this place! The staff are very polite and helpful. They offer massages and food as well. Very affordable to spend a few nights at. I'd recommend this to first-time tourists in Chiang Mai.

Clean and cosy place with nice staff and people. Quiet place away from the hustle and bustle of the square area but still very close to awesome food and markets. Enjoy the massages at a good rate too after a long day of tours. :)

Clean and very reasonably priced. The owner speaks very good English and all the staff are very polite and welcoming.

Great location, very close to the old city but just far enough away from the road that it is quiet and out of the way.

The noise of insects/crickets etc can be very loud at night which may put some people off.

Had a half day massage course here. A family run business that is very kind and warm hearted. The course is value for money and packed of practical information

Very small and uncomfortable. For same price its possible to stay in clean and big rooms in Chiang Mai

Cheap, kindess people and really friendly. We spend 2 really good nights there.
