It's a pleasure to stay here at Moon Dragon. The location is great, in the heart of the old town. The room is very clean and spacious. The maid always does a great job cleaning the room. My room's balcony overlooks the street.

The staff are GREAT, especially the night security. I left my rental scooter on the street, the security guard pushed my bike to the bike parking area. I also left the key in the ignition twice and he was alert enough to keep it safe for me. Now every time when I get back to the hotel he reminds me of my keys. He goes above and beyond his duty, a great man.

The front desk staff are very helpful. I originally booked for 2 nights and I decided to extend an extra 2 days. The room I was staying in was booked so I was originally told I would have to move to another room. That's fair. When I came back that evening, the front desk staff told me they had made arrangements for me to stay in the same room. They go out of their way to make my stay a wonderful experience.

It was a great experience staying at their hotel. It a small hotel without much facilities, the room design and cleanliness can be compare with 4 star hotel. Staff in the hotel are friendly and welcoming.

Location of this hotel is superb! Sunday night Market It literally at your doorstep. It location at the heart of the old city go around by foot make it much easier! Save money on transportation.

Slightly downside of this place it that I was assign to the room facing the road, if you are a light sleeper request inner part of the hotel. Even the traffic is not much but somehow is disturbing when the vehicle drove pass.

An amazing hotel experience. The location + amenities + price are unbeatable! My only complaint and the reason that this hotel only gets four stars is the shower. There is no such thing as the perfect water temperature. We ended up taking cold shower while we were there. We probably could've been helped by the hotel staff, but felt like we were getting a steal so why complain?

100% would stay here again.

The hotel located on the main road ( in the middle of Sunday's market) but it's very quiet inside.
The room is very functional and cozy, the WiFi is great and the shower is good
The bad were so comfortable .
Nice and helpful staff
Many places to eat around
We will definitely return ????

We stayed there for 6 nights. The hotel doesn’t have many facilities, a pool and a small coffee bar. The cleaning was good, the balcony was very very small. And the water in the shower was impossible to control, it was either hot or cold the medium temperature was non existent

Very well designed and comfortable hotel. Good location. Special mention to the night shift front desk staff, Non who was very helpful when we encountered issues with our booking with Agoda.
