Beautiful and warm hospitality from every staff at the hotel. It’s a newly built hotel in Chiangmai so everything is sparkling clean and nicely designed and all the staff are always trying to be helpful. The included breakfast every morning is also something to look forward to, it’s local Thai food but in a fusion way. We absolutely loved this hotel and would def return in the future. ????

A beautiful hotel decorated in minimalist Lanna style. Located in the heart of the city surrounded by tourist attractions, it has clean rooms in an unique style and lovely staff giving you a warm, hearty welcome. A healthy, delicious breakfast is included with your stay each day. Whoever is still undecided on which accommodation to choose in ChiangMai, I recommend you try the Burirattana Boutique Hotel and you will not be disappointed.

DREADFUL EXPERIENCE !!

Booked with agency a stay in the Suite with City View.
Sent a message to the property 3 days in advance saying that we will arrive at 5am and if possible to early check-in NO answer. When arrived at the property at 5 in the morning exhausted from the trip, we found a gentleman at the reception unhelpful, don’t know anything, can’t make decisions, basically, useless!
Every times I asked a question and help he needed to contact some one in chat application and wait for answers. “My manager will come at 10:00am” So We supposed to wait 5 hours in the lobby (?)….At some points I decided to move in the room even with extra charge for early check-in but guess what??
“The room is been booked yesterday by someone how liked it and will stay longer” this was the answer of the gentleman!! My Suite is been sold twice!!?
He wanted to accommodate me in any other Deluxe room at the ground floor, for the same price as the Suite!!
I called my agency and after hours of frustration time for us and discussions between reception and my agency, I got refund for the stay and a good bye from the staff!
Lucky my agency found another beautiful room stay at few steps away from the Chiang Mai gate amazingly served.
This property is the classic example of having nice amenities, beautiful decorations and chandeliers but WILL NEVER provide a memorable stay because can not buy service minded people!!
Stay other Newly Built Boutique Hotel with beautiful Thai hospitality - forget about beautiful pictures published by this property!

Burirattana hotel is best location in old town and Best view for people who want to see chiangmai.Hotel is locate at center of old town next to northern museum of architecture at Sunday walking street and great views of many old temple. Room is great design clean. Delicious breakfast
and staff are very friendly.
We will be back to stay here again.Thank you for your hospitality ????

Great location, very close to old town wats and attractions. Super clean hotel, it was the best stay while we were in Thailand, of 4 hotels. We met Safenaka at front desk when the night we checked in. She was extremely friendly and helpful. It make our late check in so smoothly. The room is cozy and we all like it. Definitely revisit when we are back to Chiang Mai.

We love this new fancy boutique hotel ???? We stayed in 2 different room type the suite and superior room. Both are super specious totally enough for 2 persons and even if you need to work in the room the other person can hang around in the balcony. Balcony is big! I picked both room facing the city although you might can hear the car noise but is just great in the morning you can see trees and temple.
The whole Front desk team are extremely lovely and very helpful. Can’t appreciated more especially manager and supervisor.
I always step in seeing their great smile welcoming me back and totally feel like home.
Restaurant team also amazing, great barista skills however the coffee bean itself is a little sour not really our cup of tea but we love the team so much!
Recommended to some frds and they love the hotel and when we visit Chiangmai next time will definitely come back to Buriratana.
