I love these "all in" pop ups. When people work hard and own their business with pride and humility. Their meatballs are fab and their chicken salad is plentiful and tasty. I was a little disappointed in their falafel wrap as it was quite dry and lacked enough ingredients to counter that dryness like a sauce or slightly wetter salad etc but their pumpkin soup was amazeballz and their service is always met with smiles and helpfulness. Thank you to the chef for coming out and saying hello. It shows pride and responsibility for your business and us customers appreciate the hello. Well done guys!

Mindful eating just opened up one month ago and they are superb. They use quality ingredients and the food is amazing. It is a chill environment with some background music and a nice converted yard from a house. They were so attentive and service was great. They are very friendly also and speak very good English. One of the chefs is from Italy. Prices are a bit higher but worth it, Ranging from about a 100 baht to 250 baht. Our group had the bruschetta, gnocchi with pesto, and the pulled pork.

Such a lovely little restaurant, amazing food made by a real chef, cool cocktails and beer selection, always a good relaxed atmosphere. People are so kind and smiling here! Definitely my favourite place in Pong Noi area. Highly recommended ????❤️

Mindful eating is the cutest bar and restaurant in pong noi! Great for families, couples and large groups - awesome happy hour on Fridays with djs and live bands, great selection of wines and beers and absolutely delicious Italian and fusion food.

The best cocktails we have ever tried in CM, in picture you can see a Margarita and Gin tonic, highly recommended ????... plus they have a promotion on Saturday's night, you order a cocktail or glass of wine and get an appetizer for free... so delicious!!!

We stumbled upon this restaurant while in Chiang Mai in 2018.

Wonderful food with a Great outdoor atmosphere. The bartender was very friendly as well and made my wife and I a delicious rose lemonade gin cocktail.

Order the meatballs, they are outstanding!!
