helpful staff nice breakfast with lots of choice. they didnt toast the bread for the eggs benedict which is passable considering it was the only fault with the food. pool was small but a nice touch and all we needed for a post day dip. room was basic but it was a great location for walking around chiang mai.

Our room was not clean when we got there. No hand soap. Our bed sheets got stained but they won’t change them.

I have stayed here 3 times over the past few years...its a great hotel and I'm glad they survived the bad economy due to COVID-19!

Amazing hotel in Chiang mai . Very nice and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast, they also have nice outside pool which is really refreshing after whole day spent outside. The hotel is literally 5 minutes walk from the night food market just across the road.

Great hotel in excellent location just outside old city wall. Super polite staff. Everything just perfect for our 5 night stay. Clean rooms, great breakfast. For evening eats there is a large open air street food market just across the road. Great choice of Thai food for about 60bt a meal. Stall selling Mango and sticky rice for 50bt .... amazing !! Bring your own drinks though (and a bottle opener!). You will be the most popular person there if you carry one of these!!

This brand new hotel is the best price / quality that you can find!
This is our seventh trip to Thailand in three years, so we have some kind of an comparison :)

Very friendly staff, super clean, spacious and light rooms, nice shower, great wifi, location is on walking distance of all important old city buildings.

For breakfast you can choose from a variety of Western and Thai dishes that are made to order and there is a small buffet with fresh fruit, salad and toast.

We were with a group of six and all the breakfast tables are set for a maximum of four. But the hotel made sure that we could have two tables close to each other. Probably in low season it is possible to move tables together.

Hope they won't double the price, will definitely come back.
