Small room, bad air-conditioning, and very noisy from the street.

We stayed here for one night. It's situated not too far from the niggt bizarre are and the river.
Within a few blocks there is a walking streak situated pretty closely and across the street from the hotel is a Resort Hotel.
Overall for the price it's not bad it's like 15 bucks and room is nice but really small.
So you get what you get. Positive is there's free breakfast in the morning you can eat as much as you want.

Ugh, where do I begin? Lilu is a beautiful little hotel that has only a small amount of available rooms. The rooms, however, are very nicely decorated. The sheets are extremely clean, and so is the bathroom. The staff stocks your fridge with two bottles of water everyday, and provides clean towels and toiletries whenever you run out. The staff is super friendly as well. My only comment would be to improve the breakfast they serve outside. It's nothing special, but at least they have something.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff however this is very budget living. Room had street noise, constantly. Bring ear plugs.
Orange mold in the bathroom - it stunk like urine and all sorts of horrendous smells (not pleasant after a day in the city and no air con on to vent out your room - even the small window does jack all).
You can hear everyone next to you. Unfortunately we had a group of people who weren’t too sure how to speak using indoor voices - they literally screamed at one another. Not fun when they wake up at 5am!! Breakfast was the same each day - you could help yourself multi times! ;)
Overall, if there’s a discount, get it. Otherwise there’s other nice places around that would give you a better nights rest making your next day a good one!

The staff were very helpful when we needed a 5am taxi for the Doi Suthep last minute. The lady at reception contacted someone she knew and luckily he was able to take us, thanks god she was there! The location is right next to the night market and 20 mins walk away from the art museum. The rooms were nice and clean, lovely products in the bathroom for us to use. The buffet breakfast is really great, loads of choice and plenty of food. Would highly recommend if you want somewhere quiet and relaxing to stay.

Very nice hotel!
The staff are very friendly and attentive!
We extended a night and the lady at the reception really did an effort to let us stay in the same room and not to move.

Lovely room and great shower.
Ac works great.

Recommended!!

Cheap hotel with modern clean rooms, nice bed sheets and comfortable mattess. Mattress is firm but not rock hard. Rooms are small. I think biggest bed is queen. Location is good to walk to night market but is not in it. Breakfast includes hot food.
