King Power Chiang Mai Airport

Bad service staff, even though they have exclusive snacks. My friends and I were served by staff members Wanid and Napai and received unpleasant service from them.

Update:
Management responded to complaint and promised re-training for the respective stuff. Kudos to the management team, thank you.

Very poor experience. There are at least three to four staffs in the cashier counter. But only one cashier is operated and their staffs are just sitting there and do nothing. When I require them to operate one more cashier and their staffs just say that they will only one cashier operate and no more counter will serve us

Plenty of bits and bobs usually found in a duty free. Not a big selection, nor cheap prices. Easy to just walk on by.

Checking counters convinient, waiting area have good choise of food and drinks.

Enjoyable, peacefull and many interesting place to visit. People are warm and kind.

If you don't have time to go shopping on your last day in Chiang Mai, you can do it at the airport. Great local brands!
