Elegant, well kept, very well located, plus great breakfast and terrific service. Not hard to understand why they have a 9 plus rating! Next time we're flying through Chiang Mai we'll definitely stay there.

You know those places that are not as great in person as they are in photos? VC@Sunpaak is way BETTER in person. Every little detail is absolutely perfect. The grounds are perfect and peaceful, the staff is constantly cleaning or bettering it in some way and yet they never mess with the relaxing ambiance. The rooms have fresh flowers and fruit added daily, the breakfast is delicious, we will soon try the restaurant, but I'm sure it's also amazing. We went on a day trip and the manager had a breakfast packed for us. When it's raining they meet us at a door with an umbrella and offer us a ride in a cart. They provide airport pickup and drop off free of charge, the pool area is perfect, I could go on and on about how much we love this place. It is kid friendly and still quiet! Seriously, it's perfect. Our entire family has fallen in love, and we may come back to Thailand just for this hotel!

The manager, Aree Lenoir, is wonderful. She knows five languages and is super classy, but also down to earth and great with kids!

What a nice hotel in Chiang Mai! Thanks for the super nice, pretty, and friendly stuffs. They make me feel like home ????. The environments is awesome and beautiful. The pool is super nice and best of all, there is a souna where you can heat yourself up if you wanted to. Also there is a nice mall right next to it where you can get all kind of foods and stuffs if you desire. Thanks for the early breakfast and shuttle to the airport. I recommended international travelers for this hotel due to the fact that it's super close to the airport and they shuttle you back and forth to the airport if you need it, even early in the morning.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service! The staff is very thoughful. We had a big room with my family. Our children loved the swimming pool! Room was very comfortable (and big and clean), and it’s easy to get to all the nice places in Chiang Mai. A big/nice shopping center is very close by (3 min walk). The staff also helped us with booking a trip to Pai for our family. I would recommend this hotel!

The room was big and very clean, the staff was lovely, always smiling and willing to accomodate our requests.

The location, although not in city center (10 minute drive), was very close to the airport and the main shopping mall. It was perfect for our 2 night stay and to sleep away from city noise.

An amazing hotel!! So worth the price of this. Staff couldnt have been any nicer, they sometimes spoke limited english but were very willing to help. We got greeted every morning, when walking to breakfast or even by the pool. Very quiet hotel even though its so close to the main road and shoppin centre. We got complimentary crackers during room service. We went on an elephant tour and the reception lady gave us beach towels to use as she told us not to get our own dirty. She also organised a private drop off to our next resort that was 1hr away for 1000 baht, to make sure that we were safe. Breakfast had great range too!! 15/10!

PROS: No doubt about it, this place is a work of art - decor is amazing. Standard double room is generously sized, equipped and positioned close to pool. Staff are also very kind and helpful - limited English but very willing to help.
CONS: Arrived at 3.30pm - too late to get laundry done apparently. 9.20pm - too late for room service and not allowed to use the cooking facilities at that time either. At the comparatively higher price you pay to stay here, we thought these should at least be available until 10pm. We struggled to find any food places open nearby too.
