Where to begin. First that you gonna register is a nice smell of the place. Jimmy was probably burning an incense stick but oh my god it makes the first impression so much better than then the smelly entrance of one hostel in Bangkok. Jimmy and Jeng are super helpful, will show you a map of the city and give you recommendation. I truly recommend having breakfast from them in the morning, banana pancakes were amazing and Jimmy makes his own coffee. Prices are very affordable. The room itself was great, had magnet mosquito net covering whole door, toliet, shower with hot water and also drawers where you can put your clothes. At night it's peaceful and quiet even if there is a huge music party in the city. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Also, my friend had a sore throat throughout our stay. Jimmy would offer ginger remedy and some of his own remedies. It was very kind gesture. Thank you!

Jimmy and Jeng welcomed us very well. They are super helpful, will show you a map of the city, give you recommendation about anything you want to know in Chiang Mai.
Every morning we ate breakfast here and we loved it! I really loved the Yoghurt with fruits, I even ordered 2* bowls in one morning ????
Jimmy makes his own coffee so if you like coffee I recommend it as well. Prices are very affordable. The room was great, toliet, shower with hot water. At night it's peaceful.
Just everything about this place I recommend, thank you Jimmy u0026 Jeng ❤️

If you are looking for an authentic location in Chiang Mai, this is the right place for you. Jimmy and his wife Na will really make you feel at home and will share with you a piece of Thailand, being always more available for a friendly chat. Rooms are simple but with all the necessary and breakfast is simply delicious: you should taste Na's pancake with bananas!

Ps: Jimmy organizes really nice trips to let people discover Chiang Mai's territory and culture. Unfortunately we didn't have the chance to try, but I advice you to write them before your arrival in order to know more about it and define how many days to spend here.

Lovely explanations from Jimmy, so useful.
Also the best coffee (he makes himself) in the whole of thailand. Very affordale rooms. Safe and quite, close to lively area if wanted.

When I left this morning it was like departing from family. They really make you feel what authentic Thai hospitality is all about.

If I didn't have any plans what to do with my day: Jimmy came up with options. He never tried to push me towards a tourist trap or scam and made sure I was always comfortable.
I had food poisoning: Jimmy sorted me out with medicinals. Didn't have a scooter: Jimmy would have lent me his bike.

A true gem in the urban area of Chiang Mai.
Honest, welcoming warm people.

I was also invited to numerous social evenings with their friends and family. Whether it was a casual BBQ or a birthday. I was always welcome.

Jimmy roasts his coffee on a daily basis and Na makes a banger of a pancake. The breakfast is good and affordable just what you need before delving into explorations around the city!

I can highly recommend. Owners are very nice, speaking very good English, giving you good advice about the area and where to go. Place is clean, room is big enough. We took fan room since here air cools down at night, no need of air con. Loved the location too, looks like you are in rural Thailand in the center of the city.

There is no better place to stay at Chiang Mai than Jimmy and Jeng! They are the best people I have met in Thailand. They are very, very helpful, nice and friendly to their guests. Both speak fluently in English. It is clear for me that they are running this homestay with passion and love.
Room was clean, quiet and big enough. Everything was really near.
