Integrated Tribal Development Foundation is a highly respected nonprofit/NGO located in Chiang Mai, Thailand. They do excellent work with sustainable development in the various hill tribe villages located in Northern Thailand. Water, sanitation, agriculture, education and many other needs are met to help aleviate poverty.

Helping some to the determent of others is really what this company is all about.
Building a Massive 60ft Factory in a quiet residential neighborhood ruining the lives of those that live there. Having 4 Huge Turbine Extractor Fans pointing directly at residents’ houses, devaluing their properties and making life unbearable.
How they managed to get building permits to build this monstrosity in the middle of a up market residential area really needs to be investigated. As it goes against any building and planning regulation that I have been taught and made aware of in the last 40 years.
Yes, something is really not quite right with what is going on here...
I set up a meeting to talk to the MD of the Foundation to explain my concerns and displeasure in what they have built.
After waiting for over a week he agreed to see me, only for him to talk to me like I was a 10-year child, explaining that I should have no concerns...
The reason That they Built such a huge Factory (ie, BOX) was that it would absorb the noise from the factory...
And the Massive Turbine Fans that are so loud in my house friends can hear them when I am on the phone. But they are going to be real quite because they will be planting trees next to them... These fans are 35 feet up...
Why people cannot listen to others concerns is beyond me, I felt I was being lectured to, for not understanding what was clearly right in front of me. All I wanted was for them to say, Yes we understand your concerns, and yes you have every right to be concerned, how would you like us to relieve those concerns...
So it seems I thought I had retired 11 years ago, seems not, looks like my activists days are no longer behind me.
I have seen bigger and more expensive monstrous carbuncles pulled to ground this will be no different...
