I absolutely love this place. The staff is friendly, the food is wonderful and the rooms are amazing. I've been there twice in two separate occasions, I can't wait to go there again.

Clean rooms, courteous staff , quick service, nice view from the room and then have one of the best cafes in Chiang mai at their properties. Very close to MAYA mall and other attractions which is hardly 3 to 4 mins walk .

Was not impressed with the customer service. The staff was not friendly and approachable. The sheets had stains and hair in them when we first got there. We asked the staff to change the sheets and they replaced them with stained sheets again. 2 stars because the garden and koi pond were well maintained. The inside of the resort needs a makeover however.

We stayed here for six nights and had a very pleasant stay. The gardens and fish ponds are so beautiful. There is a swimming pool but the pool is not suitable for small children. The pool is too deep in the shallow end for children. Also the ladder giving entry into the pool is into very deep water. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff very efficient. The rooms were clean. Our room 1319 had a few problems. The extractor fan/light above the shower was faulty and made a very loud screaming noise when it was turned on. One day the sheets on the bed were changed and we were given a single sheet for our queen sized bed. This became tangled in the night. We could not open the safe in our room. However, all these small problems did not detract us from having a lovely stay. We also used the conference rooms for three days and these were excellent. Yes I would recommend Hotel Holiday Garden and would choose this hotel again.

The location is very convenient. I was there for a seminar and so had breakfast and lunch included in price so value for money for me was quite good. The pool, restaurant, rooms and related facilities were all highly acceptable. Recommended for the traveller that likes to spend their day outside their accommodation exploring.

Cost was borne by school due to trip so I shan’t mention if worth it or not. Rooms are clean, free water, fridge, room slippers, 2 towels per bed, and hot water. Staff and friendly and understand decent enough English. Huge breakfast with a lot of variety. Recommended if you like comfort. Pretty near Maya mall for higher quality items, and a couple of night bazaars for cheaper stuff. Good area to be in, can see Doi Suthep from hotel, and is on the same rod leading up to it.
