Rooms are nice and big. Cleaning should be better in hotel of this level. Beds are rock solid, not very comfortable. Location is fairly far from center but manageable (close to airport though, about 10 minutes drive with light to moderate traffic). No nearby places for food or shops, even 7/11 (about 15 minutes walk).

Harmony Resort was great and I’d recommend others try it out as well. Great rooms and staff but beds and location leave much to be desired. Pro: -wonderful and helpful staff-free shuttle to various spots in Chiang Mai (ask staff for schedule)-wonderful pool-Restaurant and Laundry on-site-Very clean-Good WIFI-beautiful roomsCons: -Quite far from any attractions, restaurants, shops, stores-No bike rentals although the hotel is so far from anything. Bikes would be so nice as opposed to having to call a Grab/Taxi anytime you want to venture outside of the resort-Seems to mostly cater to Chinese tourist groups (not bad, just an observation)-Water pressure in the shower was terrible. -the beds were 100% the HARDEST beds I’ve ever slept on. I have travelled to numerous countries around the world and slept in ***y beds but these were by far the absolute worst unfortunately especially since most other things were quite wonderful.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We are very close to the airport. The room itself has had the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on. Transportation is easy to the hotel. We were very happy with the services. Everything looked very modern in the hotel. I was very impressed with the rooms.

The hotel is in a quiet location, but not too far from the airport. The facilities are very good, except when we stayed there was no Wi-Fi. This was disappointing. The staff were friendly, but not so efficient. We had problems with the electronic door lock to our room and had to remind staff to fix this. This happened three times. Great breakfast. Would we stay here again, probably not.

Breakfast at the hotel was really lovely. Balcony only big enough to hang clothes to dry. The hotel is very close to the airport. The hotel decor is absolutely stunning. Their attention to detail and the courtesy of the staff was unsurpassed. Whatever you need for your stay is taken care of.

We were very satisfied with the room. Any request we had was taken care of immediately. Breakfast in the hotel was really good. The design of the hotel is stunning. Friendliness of the hotel staff made our stay here worthwhile. Well worth the value for your money. Will stay here on future visits.

The room itself is nicely furnished. I wrote a letter to the ***agement to compliment all the workers. The beds are as hard as rock. Selection of TV channels basic. Onsite mini mart useless and usually closed. Beds were terribly uncomfortable. The hotel is quite far from pretty much everything.
