Great value for money! The place seems like it was just renovated. Rooms are good size with everything you need. The stuff is really nice and kind. Good location, a 10 min walk to a an area with many places to eat. 7 eleven right in front of hotel. A nice American breakfast. Also, you get fall access to the fridge who is filled with milk, water and some other treats

My best stay in Chiangmai! I have stayed at several hotels when I visit the city, but Dum Hotel is literally at the top of my list. The hotel was newly built and sparkling clean. The decor was stylish, modern, and minimalist, which I like. There were complimentary breakfast, free snacks, drinks, and even espresso for you to enjoy any time of the day. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The wifi was free and super fast. Free parking with a great location was a plus. Look no further and book it!

The hotel is too noisy, you would hear every time the neighbor uses his shower or the toilet, if you have a room on the street side it will be worse
I booked for a week but left after 3 days
however the staff is friendly

Great hotel great staff friendly and helpful always with an small. Room very clean and comfortable look new bathrooms very big. Very very quiet.

Breakfast is excellent they have open buffet. Always snake are free. Very clean pool.

Also early check in and check out are available sometime.
